Coop shop staff work long and sometimes unsocial hours (e.g. bank holidays) for relatively low pay. I would happily donate my dividends to a pool to pay staff an annual bonus. Obviously many other members would have to participate to make this work but just an idea. Could be an option alongside other charity donation options.
